We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in analytical tools, and a passion for uncovering insights through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  4. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
  6. Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Identify and implement best practices for data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  9. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
