Growth Executive

Location: India (Hybrid Model)

We are looking for a Growth Executive, to represent PiWheel’s products and services across the MENAT & APAC regions. The role holder will be responsible to generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities. The role will also manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with the sales team for the next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities using the in-house tool and other relevant channels of the region
  • Identify the prospect’s requirements and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up, monitor, and drive meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-ups with the sales team
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with the sales teams by bringing innovative lead-generation ideas
  • Create and publish reports and dashboards – weekly, monthly, adhoc, etc


Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent command of English, flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Confidence to represent Pi Wheel as an organization to business leaders / C – level executives of fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows
  • Proficient with all tools within Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Willingness to navigate multiple time zones


Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and sales funnel management
  • People who think big, work hard and solve problems
  • Work experience in a nimble and fast-paced start-up environment.
