Customer Success Associate Manager

You will manage and grow client relationships and help brands reach their ecommerce goals, combining customer success, ecommerce consultancy, marketplace analytics and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and act as a trusted business partner.
- Turn performance data into ecommerce recommendations that clients can act on.
- Build decks and reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and align them with client objectives.
- Work with the retail media, content, digital shelf and strategy teams on client delivery.
You have
- 4+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, marketing, analytics, customer success or account management.
- Strong analytical skills, and excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
